Dr. Chelsea Kadish is a pediatric emergency medicine physician and EMS medical director at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. With dual training in pediatrics and EMS, she bridges hospital and field medicine to improve outcomes for children in respiratory distress.

Rob Glaze, FP-C, EMT-P

Rob Glaze served 25 years with the Westerville (OH) Fire Department, where he was a key advocate and first to pilot pediatric CPAP in the 911 setting. A former flight paramedic and current Delaware County EMS paramedic, he continues to share his expertise in respiratory emergencies, equipment adaptation, and protocol development.

Kyle Goodknight, RRT, EMT-P

As a registered respiratory therapist and current paramedic with Delaware County (OH) EMS, Kyle Goodknight has spent over three decades in both critical care and prehospital medicine combined. As a clinical educator, Kyle merges storytelling and science to advance EMS education. His personal experience as both a clinician and father to a child saved by noninvasive ventilation fueled his passion to help champion pediatric CPAP nationwide.
